TERMS OF SERVICE

It is your responsibility as the commissioner to read these terms. I am not responsible for any issues that arise due to negligence to do so.

• I will not draw...

  • NSFW content in any capacity

  • Loli/shotacon

  • Gore

• The following list includes (but is not limited to) features that will incur extra costs depending on complexity:

  • Armor

  • Weapons

  • Small pets/animals

  • Miscellaneous props

• As a notice, I take longer to settle with poses for multiple characters in a picture without a specific prompt. I may prioritize later single character commissions before couple images while I think of how to work yours out, but I'll still work in a rough chronological order.

General

• All commissions are for personal use only.

• I have the right to decline any commission or custom prompt without a specified reason.

• I have the right to cancel commissions at any time due to unforeseen issues (emergencies, etc.) that may arise. Refunds will be issued appropriately in such a circumstance.

• If there is a certain deadline or time-frame you need the image completed by, please inform me beforehand with a minimum of 14 days notice.

• Feel free to ask for updates on your commission at any time, though please keep the frequency between inquiries within reason.

• If I have not started your commission and you'd like to change the character in question, do let me know. I may ask for an additional amount if the character complexity exceeds what I originally charged for.

• Once I begin your commission, major revisions must be made before linework is finalized and coloring begins.

  • I allow one major change that isn't an error on my end, otherwise additional fees will incur.

  • It is your responsibility to report any issues or changes to me.

• Rejected commission sketches are still in my ownership, and I have the right to rework and/or resell the sketched pose itself for other pieces; they will not retain recognizable traits of your character.

Payment​

• All payments are to be made in USD through PayPal.

• Payments must be paid 100% up-front in order fully secure your slot and prior to me starting any work. Please understand this is for my security as an artist, and time I spend drawing a custom order is time I cannot reclaim.

• I will be the one to send you an invoice; please do not send it to me through other means.

• I do not offer refunds for commissions unless it must be canceled due to issues on my end.

Artist Rights

• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artistic labor only.

• I retain all copyrights over my work, which include, but are not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• I cannot claim the IP (intellectual property) or reuse/resell the commissioned image for personal and commercial projects.

Commissioner Rights

• The commissioner may re-upload the work done for them to another site, as long as it is properly credited and linked back to my gallery.

• Once a commission is completed, the commissioner may use it for personal use, including but not limited to: icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display. Above credit rules still apply.

• The commissioner retains the rights to their IP (the character).

• The commissioner may not claim the work to be your own.

• All commissions are for personal use only.
